When you contact us we will discuss your needs and provide the necessary services on a custom basis per request, if our standard packages do not fulfill your needs.
For us to complete your setup we will need access to your email service provider account, email control panel (if separate) and DNS provider control panel.
Many services allow you to grant “developer” or “contact” access. Please contact us for the email address to be used.

We generally will complete the necessary tasks within 24 hours of receiving payment unless other arrangements are made in advance. Please be advised that DNS propagation may take as long as 48 hours – we have no control over this.

If you also need email services, you will be presented options after selecting your new domain name.

Once you contact us for help and we agree on the service(s) to be provided you will be given a secure payment link to pay via credit card.
Your financial details are never shared with us or our parent company AnyDomain LLC, as they are between you and our payment processor Stripe.
If you wish to pay via local bank transfer in a different currency than US dollars, please let us know. We can accept bank transfers in CAD, AUD, NZD, EUR, HUF, SGD, GBP, and RON.
We can also collect payment by bank direct debit in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, SEK, DKK, AUD and NZD.
